I put this in the Last Days news because in the last day the Bible shows us that this abomnination would take place. In fact, I was stunned
during some study recently. After doing a quick Bible search of the word "abomination" I saw where Jesus said in;
Matt 24: 15 "Therefore when you see the 'abomination of desolation,'[c] spoken of by Daniel the prophet,
standing in the holy place" (whoever reads, let him understand), 16 "then let those who are in Judea
flee to the mountains.
Now lets see what Daniel said;
Daniel
9:27
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to
cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that
determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
Daniel
11:31
And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily
sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.
Daniel
12:11
And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand
two hundred and ninety days.
Is the "abomination that maketh desolate" the setting up of gay clergy, homosexual ministers standing before the church as a voice of the Lord?
Look at Leviticus and the same "abomination" is described as homosexuals, gay men and women.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of
them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Jesus SAID that the "abomination that maketh desolate" will be standing in the Holy place.
This is things that make you go hmmmm?
Kentucky presbytery votes to overturn ban on gay ministers
For the first time, leaders from the majority of Presbyterian Church (USA) congregations in Central and Eastern Kentucky have agreed that a national ban on gay ministers should be overturned, raising fears of a schism in the denomination.
The commissioners of the Presbytery of Transylvania, which includes 56 Central and Eastern Kentucky counties, voted 83-61 Tuesday to approve an amendment that, if supported by the majority of the presbyteries in the United States, would open the door for gays and lesbians to be ordained as pastors, elders and deacons.
The proposal is being considered by each of the nation's 173 presbyteries. It would have to be accepted by a simple majority of them to take effect.
