As many of you who are a part of our family and ministry here, we have been going through some things the past bit.
I will lay this much out for all to see and give the need...
first, we have a $100 fee for Powweb to keep us online due by the end of the first week of June. I have $20 of this at this point.
I need to let you all know that my wife no longer is employed, and the only income that we currently have it my SSI monthly check, and just as it stands, we have nothing to put on this right now. I just am not able to cover this right now.
Also, there is a very real possibility from the way that things look right now that we will lose our phone service... possibly use of the phone by Thursday, and the loss of DSL internet by sometime next week. That means that I will be offline by next week if something does not change.
I have been paying minimum amounts on the phone bill since things dried up for us financially. The minimum amount needed now is almot $90, and frankly... feeding my family is more important and I don't even have half that much on hand at the moment.
I have always been terrible at presenting needs before churches and ministries. I have seen so many slick preachers abuse that and manipulate people out of their money that it has made me go way too far the other way. I was terrible at it as a pastor. But I am to the point where I just have no choice but to make this need known.
I have run out options and time.
I honestly do not know what to do. I have prayed and recognize that this is probably one the greatest trials of my own faith that I have ever gone through. This ministry is only a part of it.
I know that God is faithful. I know that God birthed this ministry and that we are on the verge of a breakthrough to a new level that will reach the world for Jesus. Eventually, we will have live church services that will be shared with the world through the Internet.
But this is the time of trial.
